20.06.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Se
ctions 498-A, 304-B and 302/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act
in C.T. Case No. 799 of 2016 of the court of S.D.J.M., Bargarh, arising out of Bargarh Sadar P
.S. Case No. 150 of 2016.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners orally prays that he wants to withdraw the applicat
ion with liberty to surrender and move for bail before the trial court, which may be disposed
of on the same day.

 Keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the app
lication for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the further sub
mission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are given liberty to
surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh in the aforesaid case in first hour within a pe
riod of twenty-one working days hence and file an application for bail. On such event, the lea
rned S.D.J.M., Bargarh shall consider their application for bail in the first hour. In case of
 rejection of the bail application, the petitioners may move for bail before the higher forum
in second half of the day. On such event, the higher forum shall consider and dispose of the b
ail application of the petitioners on the same day by maintaining parity, if applicable.
 Case Diary be made available to the concerned court. Records be transmitted by the lear
ned S.D.J.M., Bargarh to the higher forum at the cost of the petitioners, if applied for.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
