The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 120-B, 420, 468, 471/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.123/2016 of the court of learn
ed SDJM, Sundargarh, arising out of Sundargarh Town P.S. Case No.28/2016.
The co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABLA
PL No.3942/2016 on 20.04.2016.
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, anticip
atory bail application is allowed. In the event of her arrest in the aforesaid case, the petit
ioner shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deeme
d just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
