03. 23.08.2016 The petitioner having been implicated in Bolagarh P.S. Case No
. 77 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 499 of 2016 on the file S.D.J.M., Khurda for alleg
ed commission of offence under section 341/294/323/307 /379/506 of IPC has filed this applicat
ion for grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.

 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counse

 Considering the submissions, nature of accusations, the manner of happening of
 the incident and other surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other imp
ediment, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is direct
ed that in the event of his arrest in the above case, he be released on bail with such terms a
nd conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer with further conditi
on that he will cooperate with the investigation; will appear before the I.O. as and when requ
ired and will not indulge himself in any criminal activity; will not threaten or terrorize the
 prosecution witnesses and will maintain good behaviour in the locality.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this
order be granted on proper application.
