4. The petitioner having been implicated in G.R. No. 1209 of 2013 arisin
g out of Telkoi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 registered for alleged commission of offence under s
ections 493/417/506/34 IPC and section 3 (i) (xi) of the SC and ST (PA) Act has filed this ap
plication under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail.
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing
Counsel and on going through the materials as placed in view of the earlier rejection of the
said prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in BLAPL No. 26138 of 2013 by ord
er dated 29.4.2014, I am not inclined to accept the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to t
he petitioner which has now been renewed without change of circumstance. However, before parti
ng, it is observed that in case the petitioner surrenders in the court below and moves for his
release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of in accordance
with law without being influenced by orders of this Court.
