7. 11.8.2016 The petitioners having been implicated in Bhanjanagar P.S. Cas
e No. 155 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 261 of 2015 registered for alleged offence un
der Sections 147/307/341/323/294/ 379/149 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanja
nar have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused person namely,
Ashok Gouda has already been released on bail.

 Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl. Sta
nding Counsel and on perusal of the materials as placed, while being not inclined to grant ant
icipatory bail to these petitioners, it is hereby observed that in the event the petitioners s
urrender in the court below within a period of 15 days hence and move for their release on bai
l, the same shall be disposed of during 1st half of the day so as to enable the petitioners in
 case necessity so arises to move next higher forum during the other half of the day for its d
isposal in accordance with law taking into account the factum of release of co-accused Ashok
Gouda on bail who is stated to be even standing in a higher footing than these petitioners in
so far as the allegations are concerned.
