Advocate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No. 180 of 2013 at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition wit
h a direction to the State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No. 180 of 2013 as expedi
tiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of t
he certified copy of this order.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
