ons 342/294/506/336/384/34 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatshinpur has file
d this application for his release on bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State
Considering the submissions and the materials on record and viewing the nature
of allegation made against this petitioner as also the factum of grant of anticipatory bail t
o the co-accused person similarly situated with the petitioner as in the case where charge she
et has already been submitted, it is directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders bef
ore the court below and moves for his release on bail within a period of two weeks hence, he m
ay be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper with further cond
ition that he will maintain peace and good behavior in the locality.
It is further made clear that in the event the petitioner is arrested by the a
rresting officer in the aforesaid case, being produced in the court below at the earliest, whe
n the court below would do well act as aforesaid.
