Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.
Considering the submission and the nature of accusation as also the materials
available concerning the role of these petitioners, I do not find to be a fit case for grant o
f anticipatory bail. However, it is observed that in case the petitioners surrender in the cas
e and move for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and dispos
ed of in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
