 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 498-A, 494, 294, 323 and 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibiti
on Act in C.T. Case No.455 of 2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khariar, arising out of K
hariar P.S. Case No.211 of 2015.

 Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid
 case, she shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as
deemed just and proper by him.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
