pplication for grant of anticipatory bail in Tirtol P.S. Case No. 332 of 2016 corresponding to
G.R. Case No. 1189 of 2016 having been implicated therein for alleged commission of offence u
nder sections 294/506 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur.

Considering the submission, viewing the nature of accusations and othe
r surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directe
d that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case within a
period of fifteen days hence and moves for her release on bail, she be released on bail on suc
h terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
