The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.1718 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Bargarh registered under Sections 341/294/307/34, I.P.C.
As per injury report obtained on behalf of the State, the victim sustained some simple i
njuries.
Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed th
at the petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh in the aforesaid case sha
ll be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) each with on
e surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that th
