under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur have f
iled this application for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Govt.Advocate.
Considering the submission and the nature of accusation as also the materials
available concerning the role of these petitioners, I do not find to be a fit case for grant o
f anticipatory bail.
Therefore, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is rej ected. The ABLAPL stands dismissed.
