nment Advocate.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 379 and 294 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.290 of 2016 of
the court of learned J.M.F.C., Bissam Cuttck, arising out of Muniguda P.S. Case No.110 of 2016
.
The petitioners are permanent residents of Barakamara, P.S.-Muniguda, Dist.-Ra
yagada and there is no chance of their absconding from justice. There is no allegation that th
e petitioners will tamper with the prosecution evidence, if they are released on bail.
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, facts of the case and the nature
of allegations, application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the pe
titioners in the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on su
ch terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
