The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under S
ections 342, 353, 333, 307, 354-B, 427 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No. 159 of 2016 o
f the court of J.M.F.C., Parajang, arising out of Parajang P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016.
Leaned Addl. Government Advocate on instruction submits that injuries sustained by the
injured are simple in nature and no criminal antecedents are reported against the petitioners
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, facts of the case and the fact that the p
etitioners are permanent residents of Village-Baiginia, P.S. Parajang, Dist. Dhenkanal and the
re is no reasonable apprehension of their absconding from justice, the application for anticip
atory bail is allowed. Moreover, there is no allegation that the petitioners shall tamper with
the prosecution evidence, if they are released on bail. It is directed that on the event of a
rrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just a
nd proper by the Arresting Officer.
