08.11.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 420, 294 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No. 1574 of 2016 of the court of J.M.F.C.
(R), Cuttack, arising out of Baranga P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against the hus
band of the petitioner, who allegedly entered into the agreement with the informant to sale ce
rtain lands and has accepted Rs.8,75,000/-. As the sale could not be executed, dispute arose b
etween the parties. The allegation against the present petitioner is that she had issued two c
heques in favour of the informant, which bounced on presentation. Learned counsel for the peti
tioner has filed an affidavit sworn by the informant that in the meantime he has received back
 the entire amount of Rs.8,75,000/- from the wife of the main accused namely Minati Saho, the
present petitioner.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, facts of the case and the fact that the p
etitioner is a permanent resident of village- Bachhipur, P.S. Barang, Dist. Cuttack and there
is no reasonable apprehension of her absconding from justice, the application for anticipatory
 bail is allowed. Moreover, there is no allegation that the petitioner shall tamper with the p
rosecution evidence, if she is released on bail. It is directed that on the event of arrest, t
he petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper
 by the Arresting Officer.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
