08.11.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under S
ections 341, 307 and 379/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No. 866 of 2016 of the court of J.M.F.C
.(O), Bhubaneswar, arising out of Jqtni P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016.
 Learned Addl. Government Advocate on instruction submits that the injuries sustained b
y the injured are simple in nature. No criminal antecedents are reported against any of the pe
titioners.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, facts of the case and the fact that the p
etitioners are permanent residents of Village- Manapur, P.S. Jatni, Bhubaneswar UPD, Dist. Khu
rda and there is no reasonable apprehension of their fleeing from justice, the application for
 anticipatory bail is allowed. Moreover, there is no allegation that the petitioners shall tam
per with the prosecution evidence, if they are released on bail. It is directed that on the ev
ent of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deeme
d just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
