 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sect
ions 341, 294, 323, 379 and 506 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No. 839 of 2016 of the court of J.M
.F.C., Chandikhole, arising out of Dharmasala P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016.
 From the contents of the F.I.R. it reveals that the aforesaid offences are prima facie
made out against the petitioner. Another criminal case is pending against the petitioner. This
 Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, same is reje
cted.

 However, keeping in view the further submission made by the learned counsel for the pet
itioner, the petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole
 in the aforesaid case within 21 working days and apply for bail. On such event, the learned M
agistrate shall consider his application and dispose of the same on the same day.
 This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case on any future applic
ation under Section 439 Cr.P.C. that may be filed before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole.
 Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. ....
