Considering the grounds stated in the petition, the date fixed for the
petitioner to surrender before the court below is extended till 21.09.2017. In the event the
petitioner surrenders before the court below on or before 21.09.2017 and move for bail, the o
ther directions given in the aforesaid order shall be carried out.
