 03. 24.09.2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learn
ed counsel for the State.

 The petitioner in this case having been implicated in Chandbali P.S. C
ase No.134 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.290 of 2016 pending in court of learned JMFC,
 Chandbali for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/294/506/509/323/34
 of IPC, has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

 Regard being had to the facts and submissions made, especially the nat
ure of accusation, character of supportive materials appearing against the petitioner, circums
tances in which the offences alleged to have been committed and hardly any material being ther
e to suggest the fact that the petitioner is a person criminal antecedent and he shall abscond
 or tamper with the prosecution evidence if allowed to go on pre-arrest bail, I am of the view
 that this is a fit case to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

 Hence, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitione
r in connection with the aforesaid case, he be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond
of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer with the conditions that he shall co-operate with th
e investigation and shall not make any contact or terrorize the prosecution witness in any man
ner.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of being allowed.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
