05.10.2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and t
he learned counsel for the State.

 The petitioners in this case having been implicated in Raghunathpur P.S.Case No.47 of
2016 corresponding to G.R.Case No. 555 of 2016 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jagatsing
hpur for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 307/34, IPC and Sec
tions 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail

 Considering the nature of accusation, character of supportive material appearing again
st the petitioners in support of the charge and circumstances in which the offence said to hav
e been committed and there being nothing on record indicating that petitioners shall abscond a
nd/ or tamper with the prosecution evidence if released on bail, this Court directs that if th
e petitioners surrender before the court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence and
 make a motion for bail, the court concerned shall release them on bail in connection with the
 aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.

• The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

• Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
