The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 341, 294, 427, 379 and 506/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.564 of 2015 of the cou
rt of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar, arising out of Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No.118 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesai
d case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions a
s deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
