 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioners in this case having been implicated in Bansada P.S. Case No.124 of 2016
 corresponding to G.R. Case No.255 of 2016, pending in court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali fo
r alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/323/294/427/379/506/34 of I.P.C
., filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail.
 Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that if the petitioners
surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence and make a motion
 for bail, the Court concerned shall release them on bail in connection with the aforesaid cas
e on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.

 The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
