Assailing the judgment dated 1.8.2007 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Angul i
n F.A.O. No.26 of 2002, the instant petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of
 India. By the said judgment, learned lower appellate court dismissed the appeal and confirmed
 the order dated 8.10.2002 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Angul in M.J.C. No.1
99 of 1997, whereby and whereunder the application filed by the plaintiff, opposite party here
in, was allowed and the defendants were restrained from remaining in possession or enjoyment o
f the suit plots.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

 While issuing notice, a Bench of this Court on 14.8.2007 in Misc. Case No.9170
 of 2007 directed the parties to maintain status quo. The said order is still continuing.
 In view of the fact that the interim order is still continuing, ends of justic
e would be better served, if a direction be issued to the learned trial court to dispose of T.
S. No.199/1997, if the same is pending, by end of March, 2016. Order accordingly.

 The interim order passed earlier shall continue till disposal of the suit.

 The petition is disposed of.
