01.12.2015 The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have filed an application
before the Tahasildar, Gania, Nayagarh-opposite party on 29.7.2015 for correction of map vide
Annexure-3, but the same has not been disposed of till today.
Heard learned counsel for the petitoners and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitoners submits that a direction may be issued to t
he Tahasildar, Gania, Nayagarh-opposite party to dispose of the application filed by the petit
oners, vide Annexure-3, at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this petition is disposed of with a directio
n to the Tahasildar, Gania, Nayagarh-opposite party to take a decision on the application of t
he petitioners, vide Annexure-3, within a period of six months from the date of production of
certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on
merits of the case.
