Challenge is made to the judgment dated 16.4.2003 passed by the learned Additi
onal District Judge, Fast Track Court, Bhadrak in Misc. Appeal No.53 of 1994 vide Annexure-2.
The said order arises out of T.S. No.228 of 1994-I on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Sr.
Divn.), Bhadrak.
Registry has ascertained that the suit was dismissed on contest on 23.08.2005.
Against the judgment and decree, R.F.A. No.57 of 2005 has been filed in the court of the lear
ned Additional District Judge, Bhadrak.
In view of the same, by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuou
s. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
