By order dated 24.7.2014, a Bench of this Court in Misc. Case No.93 of 2014 ha
s passed the interim order to the following effect.

In the interim, it is directed that there shall be stay of further proceeding
in MAT Case No.29 of 2014, pending in the file of Judge, Family Court, Baripada, till the next
date of listing.
As would be evident from the letter dated 23.8.2014 issued by the learned Judg
e, Family Court, Baripada, MAT Case No.29 of 2014 has already been disposed of on 14.07.2014.
In view of the fact that the aforesaid case has been disposed of prior to pass
ing of the interim order, the TRP(C) has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the TRP(C) is dismissed as infructuous.
