 Heard Mr. S.P. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, lear
ned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the State.
 The petitioner files this application seeking for enhancement of retirement age from
 58 to 60 years under the Bhubaneswar Development Authority.
 Mr. S.P. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the pet
itioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in Premalata Panda v. State of Odisha and ano
ther (W.P.(C) No. 9279 of 2015, disposed of on 14.07.2015).

 Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate states that since the case of the peti
tioner is covered by the judgment mentioned supra, the petitioner may approach the appropriate
 authority by filing application before authority so that the authority can consider the same
in accordance with law.

 Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the parties and after going
 through the records, this writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider
the case of the petitioner in term of the judgment in Premalata Panda supra and extend the ben
efit within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order. The petitioner is d
irected to file a certified copy of this order along with the judgment in Premalata Panda (sup
ra) before the authorities, so that the authority shall act upon the same within the time stip
ulated.

 Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
