ocate for the State-opposite party.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tahasildar, Lephripada has
issued notice to the villagers for filing objection for disposal of Bebandobasta case with re
spect to Khata No.69 of Mouza-Badbanga Tahasil in the district of Sundargarh, but till date no
decision is taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he Tahasildar, Lephripada, opposite party no.2, to dispose of Bebandobasta case at an early da
te.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
to the Tahasildar, Lephripada, opposite party no.2, to dispose of Bebandobasta case with resp
ect to property as mentioned above, if the same is still pending, within a period of six month
s from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
