ocate for the State.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed an application for
demarcation of land before the Tahasildar, Nischintakoili-opposite party no.1, vide Annexure-
2, but till date the said opposite party no.1 has not deputed any Amin to measure the land.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he Tahasildar, Nischintakoili-opposite party no.1 to depute an Amin to measure the land.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ application
with a direction to the Tahasildar, Nischintakoili-opposite party no.1 to depute an Amin so as
to measure the land in question.
