The petitioner in this writ application has prayed for a direction to the Memb
er, Board of Revenue, Orissa-opposite party to dispose of O.S.S.Case No.1465 of 2009 pending b
efore it within a stipulated time.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court directs the Member, Board of Reve
nue, Orissa-opposite party to dispose of O.S.S.Case No.1465 of 2009 within a period of six mon
ths from today.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of.
