Heard Mr. D. Pati, learned counsel for the University and Mr. T.K. Sat
apathy, learned counsel for the writ petitioners.
A memo is filed by the learned counsel for the University in Court tod
ay enclosing thereto a resolution of the academic council dated 22.12.2015 copy of which has b
een served on the learned counsel for the petitioners in Court today. The said memo is taken o
n record.
In view of such resolution, the petitioners are at liberty to seek app
ropriate remedy as may be available to them in law. It is further made clear that the delay in
complying with the Courts direction is hereby condoned.
