He further submits that today is the last date for consideration of candidature but in spite of the fact that this Court in writ petition being W.P.(C) No.18542 of 2014 has decided this issue on the basis of the decision taken by the high power Committee of the Department w ho has expressed its view that there is no objection if the relaxation in upper age limit will be given.

He further submits that in spite of such direction, the authorities are not considerin g the candidature of the petitioner since he is over age and the authorities have orally asked him to come along with the order of this Court in this regard.

In view of the facts and also considering the urgency in the matter that if the case w ould not be taken up, the petitioner would be deprived from his consideration hence keeping th is fact in mind and also keeping the fact that the decision has already been taken by the Stat e Government

in its high power Committee based upon the same, several writ petitions have been disposed of directing the writ petitioner of those writ petitions to approach the authorities and if the a uthority will find that the applications submitted by those writ petitioners is within the las t date of submission of application, direction has been passed to the authorities to consider the candidature if they are otherwise found to be eligible.

In that view of the matter and on the basis of the reason indicated hereinabove, the w rit petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach before the opposite p arty no.3- the State Project Director, Odisha Primary Education Programme Authority (OPEPA), B hubaneswar raising all the details by way of a representation along with the copy of the writ petition disclosing therein the date of submission of application form within a week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The concerned opposite party if finds that the application form has been submitted by the petitioner within the last date prescribed, the candidature of the petitioner shall be con sidered if he is found to be otherwise eligible.
