This is an application for modification/ correction of the order dated
06.10.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.13983 of 2015 and cause title of the brief.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Bimbisar Dash, lear
ned counsel for Union of India.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of mentioning
the opposite party no.5 as Sub-Collector, Bamanghaty, Rairangpur in the cause title of the bri
ef, it has been wrongly mentioned as Sub-Collector, Mayurbhanja.
Considering the facts and submissions made, learned counsel for the pe
titioner is permitted to correct the cause title of the brief in Court today and accordingly t
he cause title of the brief is corrected. In view of such correction, Sub-Collector, Mayurbhan
ja mentioned in the aforesaid order be read as Sub-Collector, Bamanghaty, Rairangpur, .
The Misc. Case is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
