This is an application filed by the petitioners for modification of th
e order dated 01.10.2015 passed in ABLAPL No.13286 of 2015.
Heard.
Considering the grounds stated in the petition, the date fixed for the
petitioners to surrender before the court below is extended till 18.11.2015. In the event th
e petitioners surrender before the court below on or before 18.11.2015 and move for bail, the
other directions given in the aforesaid order shall be carried out.
This misc. case is, accordingly, disposed of.
