Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court vide
order dated 05.11.2015 has been directed to produce the documents, since the same pertains to
the transaction of the year 2003-04, the same are not traceable.
In absence of such documentary evidence, leave cannot be granted nor a
nything remains for consideration. Hence, the revision stands dismissed.
