ounsel for the opposite parties.

 In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant
 to the demand notice, the petitioner has deposited the entire amount before the E.S.I. author
ities. He further submits that liberty may be granted to approach the E.S.I. Court.
 Considering the fact that the petitioner has deposited the entire amount, libe
rty is granted to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the E.S.I. Court.
