13.11.2015 Due to resolution made by the Bar Association, the lawyers have abstained from Court work.The impugned order arises out of T.S No.163 of 1999-I of the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Balasore.As would be evident from the letter dated 12.11.2015 sent by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Balasore to the Superintendent, Writ Branch-IV, the suit has been de creed ex parte on 23.6.2013. Thus by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.2
