11. 14.01.2016 This is an application filed by the claimants-appellan
ts for implementation of order dated 05.10.2015.

 Learned counsel for the claimants-appellants submits that though the I
nsurance Company has deposited the further consolidated compensation amount of Rs.50,000/-, as
 had been directed by order dated 05.10.2015, they have not deposited the original awarded com
pensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- along with the interest as per the impugned award.

 Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that he has no instr
uction whether the amount has been paid or not. However, he undertakes that the original comp
ensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- along with awarded interest shall be deposited with the learn
ed Tribunal within two weeks hence, if not already deposited.

 Considering the submissions made, learned counsel for the Insurance Co
mpany-respondent no.2 is directed to deposit the original awarded compensation amount of Rs.2,
00,000/- along with interest within two weeks hence.

 Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
