Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This appeal by the appellant-Insurance Company, is directed against the judgment/award
dated 24.2.2010, passed by the Commissioner for Workmens Compensation, Sambalpur, in W.C. Case
No.10 of 2006, awarding an amount of Rs.4,36,800/- as compensation, to be deposited within 30
days.
Learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company submits that as the awarded compens
ation amount has already been disbursed to the claimants, he does not want to press this appea
l.
