 04. 10.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A
dditional Standing Counsel for the State.
 The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable under Sections
394 IPC.

 Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime.
 Considered the materials placed by the learned counsel for the parties.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and completion of the investigation, it is directed that the petitioner
 shall be released on bail by learned S.D.J.M., Puri in G.R. Case No.32 of 2015 on such terms
and conditions as deemed just and proper including the condition that the petitioner being a p
ermanent resident under Baseli Sahi P.S., Puri, it is directed that he shall appear before the
 IIC, Baseli Sahi P.S, Puri, once in a week on the date and time fixed by the said IIC till co
mpletion of the trial in the present case and he shall not involve himself in similar or any o
ther offence during currency of this order.

 The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of this order to learned IIC, Ba
seli Sahi P.S, Puri, for compliance by him.

 The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
