earned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is implicated in the offences punishable U/Ss. 302/149 IPC and
other allied offences.
Charge Sheet was filed against the petitioner showing him as absconder. The ca
se is stated to have been committed to the court of Sessions, in the meantime.
Most of the accused persons have been acquitted in the meantime after trial.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
The allegation against the petitioner is found to be omnibus in nature.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and the stage of the proceeding, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Trial No.1
72 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
