The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable under Sections
457, 380 IPC.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner
was arrested in Bolagada P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 in the present case and in some other cases,
he was brought on remand.
The basis of implication as against the petitioner is stated to be as the stat
ement of co-accused.
Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime.
Considered the materials placed by the learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by learned J.M.F.C., Khandapara in G.R. Case No.251 of 2014 on such ter
ms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
