earned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable under Section 3
76(2)(g), IPC and other allied offences.
The principal accused-Jitendra Acharya is stated to have released on bail in t
he meantime.
The case is stated to have been committed to the Court of Sessions in the mean
time.
Considered the materials placed by the learned counsel for the parties
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permane
nt residence of the petitioner, the period of incarceration of the petitioner and the stage of
the proceeding, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned A
dditional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar in S.T. Case No. 56 of 2013 on such terms and conditions
as deemed just and proper.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
