17.08.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand
ing Counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 341, 323, 294, 325, 354-A, 307, 379, 286 and 506/34 of the IPC read with Sectio
n 9-B of the Indian Explosive Act in G.R. Case No.185 of 2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C.
, Pattamundai, arising out of Pattamundai P.S. Case No.185 of 2015.
No criminal antecedent is reported against the petitioners. The injury sustain
ed by the injured is simple in nature. There is no specific allegation against the present pet
itioners. Specific allegations are against one Sania Mallik and Balia Mallik.
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, applica
tion for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the afores
aid case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions
as deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
