The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under S
ections 341 and 307/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No. 182 of 2015 of the court of J.M.F.C., Au
l, arising out of Aul P.S. Case No.95 of 2015.
Learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the injuries sustained by the injured a
re simple in nature and no criminal antecedent is reported against the petitioners. The petiti
oners are permanent residents of village-Eradanga, P.S. Aul, Dist. Kendrapara. Hence, there is
no chance of their fleeing from justice.
Keeping in view the aforesaid considerations and the facts of the case, the application
for anticipatory bail is allowed. It is directed that on the event of arrest of the petitione
rs in the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deeme
d just and proper by the Arresting Officer.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
