2. 06.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The petitioner has prayed to be released on anticipatory bail in connection
with Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No. 305/2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1022/2015 pending in
the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur for the alleged commission of offences under sec
tions 341/323/294/387/506/IPC and sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.
Perused the F.I.R.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made, I
direct that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur by 24th N
ovember, 2015 and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten tho
usand) with two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M
., Jagatsinghpur in the aforesaid case with conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate
with the investigation, appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called upon by him
for the purpose of investigation, appear before the concerned Police Station once in every fo
rtnight till completion of the investigation and shall not commit similar offence or any othe
r offence, while on bail.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
