he State.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 498-A, 323 and 342/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.644 of 2011 of the court of learned S.D
.J.M., Koraput, arising out of Machhakund P.S. Case No.48 of 2011.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the l
earned S.D.J.M., Machhakund within 21 days in connection with the aforesaid case and apply for
bail. On such event, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed jus
t and proper by the learned Magistrate.
It is further directed that on the event the petitioner is arrested in the mea
ntime, the Arresting Officer shall produce him before the learned S.D.J.M., Machhakund within
24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
