“Prohibit the respondents particularly Respondent No. 2 to further construct the sewage system at Mahavir Nagar, Argora so as to putting the already installed supply water pipeline by Respondent No. 3 into the sewage resulting into possibility of contamination of drinking water which may further led to health hazard and with a prayer to direct the Respondent No. 2 to remove the already built sewage/drainage built over the already installed supply water pipeline and further direct not to drain the effluent directly into the river without its treatment and with a further prayer to direct the Respondent No. 4 to take suitable action as per law against the perpetrator who knowingly well that if the drinking water will be supplied which will pass through the sewage is having possibility of contamination is doing the same and are playing with the health of the people. And/or
Pass any other order/direction as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice.”

The apprehensions of the Applicant regarding the alleged contamination of drinking water due to inclusion of water pipeline within the sewer/drainage line are misconceived and misplaced. No part of the pipeline laid by JUIDCO Ltd. was located inside the sewer drain in violation of applicable guidelines.
