The first allegation is with regard to theft of the trees by unknown persons, which can be subject matter of investigation by the police authorities or the forest department and the applicant or anyone aggrieved may file first information report for investigation. Second allegation is that due to the incomplete fencing in the Peacock Forest of Shahpura in Bhopal district, there are encroachments and it is continuing. The fencing is within the sole domain of the department concerned and anyone agreed may file an application before the authorities concerned. The name and details of the encroachers have not been given in the report thus, it is not practically possible to proceed.

However, the authorities under control of the Peacock Forest of Shahpura are directed to take the matters and remedial measures must be taken according to rules.
