ORDER
an order in OA No. 113/2025 by observing/directing as under: -
“4. The sequence of events noted above clearly reveals that the Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon is required to maintain continuous vigil in the area concerned and ensure that no illegal dumping of garbage takes place in that area. Once the applicant has filed the complaint dated 25.02.2025 before Respondent No. 3, then the correct position on the spot is required to be ascertained, and appropriate remedial action is required to be taken, if the allegation is correct.
5. Hence, we dispose of the OA directing the Respondent No. 3 to duly consider the complaint of the applicant dated 25.02.2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months and take remedial action.”
2025 was preferred before the Hon’ble Supreme Court which was disposed
of by the Hon’ble Supreme Court by order dated 12.09.2025 directing as
under: -
“4. Having heard the appellant in-person, we are not inclined to keep the appeal pending. It is disposed of with the observation that having regard to the series of litigation initiated by the appellant, the respondent 3 will look into the complaint dated 25th February, 2025 within a period of one month and take appropriate preventive measures as well as carry out cleaning activities as the circumstances would warrant.
5. We hope and trust that the respondent no.3 shall not drive the appellant to further litigation on the same issue.
6. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.”
